Please obtain a new copy of the program" error. Symptoms Downloaded installer fails to run with the following message: "The setup files are corrupted. Please obtain a new copy of the program" Cause The most common reason for this problem is that the downloaded installation file isn’t completely downloaded. Resolution Please try re-downloading the installer. Make sure that the installer size given on our downloads page matches the size of the downloaded file. Then try installing the application again. If the problems persist, please contact support@apexsql.com for a workaround.
