Summary
This article explains what to do when “Activation key doesn’t exist” message occurs during the activation process

Cause
This activation related error message appears when the activation key isn’t valid or may be missing from our server

Resolution
Contact customers@apexsql.com and provide your full name, email, hardware ID and any other order-related information, and explain the situation
