Symptoms
After the add-in is updated to the 2016.01.0072 version, auto-replacements, custom created snippets, aliases, executed queries, tab navigation are not imported properly from previous version.
Affected versions:
ApexSQL Complete 2014.12.0063 and previous

Copy user defined snippets xml files from this location
C:\Users\<User_Name>\AppData\Local\ApexSQL\ApexSQLComplete2014\Snippets to
C:\Users\<User_Name>>\AppData\Local\ApexSQL\ApexSQLComplete\Snippets
Auto-replacements
Copy Replacements.xml file from this location
C:\Users\<User_Name>\AppData\Local\ApexSQL\ApexSQLComplete2014\ to
C:\Users\<User_Name>\AppData\Local\ApexSQL\ApexSQLComplete\
Executed queries
Copy ExecutedQueries folder from this location
C:\Users\<User_Name>\AppData\Local\ApexSQL\ApexSQLComplete2014 to
C:\Users\<User_Name>\AppData\Local\ApexSQL\ApexSQLComplete
Tab navigation
Copy TabNavigation folder from this location

Aliases and options are reset to the default one value and must be readjusted.
