“Objects <object_type>.<schema>.<object_name> are not compared yet”

Summary
This article explains what to do if you encounter the"Objects <object_type>.<schema>.<object_name> are not compared yet" error message

Symptoms
If user tries to exclude any object from the comparison process via the Object filter when configuring the project, the error is encountered

Background
The error doesn’t exist in any of the previous versions of ApexSQL Diff, but due to a bug in the affected version, use of the Object filter feature will cause this error

Affected version:
ApexSQL Diff 2013.01.0286
