Summary
This article explains what to do when “This activation key is no longer under a support and upgrades contract and will not activate the current version” message occurs during the activation process
Cause
This activation related error message appears when the activation key used is not under subscription and can activate only the latest version prior to the subscription expiration
Resolution
Either downgrade to the previous version or purchase an upgrade to the newest version. Contact customers@apexsql.com for further assistance
