Despite successful activation, activation form keeps showing up as if the product is not activated

Summary
This article explains what to do when the product is successfully activated but the application activation form keeps showing up indicating the product is not activated

Resolution

  1. Go to the manual activation page (Website login is required)
  2. Select application and product version from the drop-lists
  3. Enter activation key and hardware ID in the appropriate fields
  4. Click on the ‘Activate’ button
  5. Select generated code and copy it
  6. Paste the code into the ‘Enter activation code’ field in the application
  7. Click the ‘Activate’ button to complete the activation process
